Islamic achievements where in philosophy, math, science, medicine, economy, art, literature, and law.
I feel like the biggest impact was on math. I feel this way because they invented algebra which is now in the standards for students everywhere. I've been learning it since late 4th grade and we're still doing other versions of it today in 7th grade advanced math.
I believe the Romans, Greeks and Persians had influence on what the Muslims did because Greeks where great in philosophy and the Muslims added to it. The Romans where great in art and so where the Muslims and they used no roman style though they made a name for they self. Also like the Persians they innovated there version of modern medicine.
